Terms of use

These terms apply to the TunerX app and to tunerx.app. By installing or using TunerX you agree to them.

1. What TunerX is

TunerX is a media player. It plays playlists, guides, streams and files that you add yourself. TunerX does not include, sell, host or link to any channels, playlists, subscriptions or other content, and we do not recommend or endorse any content provider.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the sources you add and the content you watch, and for making sure that you have the legal right to access them where you live. Do not use TunerX to infringe copyright or other rights, or to break any law.

3. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use TunerX on devices you own or control. During the beta, TunerX is free of charge. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, or remove its notices. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the licences of the open-source components included in TunerX; in particular, you may modify and replace the LGPL libraries and reverse-engineer the app as needed to debug such modifications. 4. Beta software, no warranty

TunerX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Beta versions may contain bugs and may change or stop working.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or content, arising from the use of TunerX or the website, or from content provided by third parties.

6. Third-party content and services

Streams, playlists and guides come from third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for their availability, quality, legality or privacy practices.

7. Changes and termination

We may update TunerX and these terms. When the terms change, we will update this page and the date below; continuing to use TunerX after a change means you accept the new terms. You may stop using TunerX at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
